Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with overall business strategy
- Build bridges between management and employees by resolving requests, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating and retaining human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, policies and procedures across the organization
- Cultivating a positive working environment

Require

In addition to bringing in new clients, the right candidate will be responsible for building valuable partnerships with key players in the cybersecurity industry. Your role is to identify new business opportunities and represent the company in the best possible way.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients, partners, and high-value individuals.
- Communicate new product developments to existing and potential customers and high-value individuals。
- Represent the company at trade shows and corporate events.
- Follow the incoming site leads, explain the company's products and demonstrate them。
- Provide management with market feedback from existing and potential customers.

Require

We are looking for a capable System Security Engineer who can handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously。
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and monitor security measures to protect computer systems, networks and information on behalf of our clients.
- Design computer security architecture and develop detailed network security design
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
- Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
- Develop technology solutions and new security tools to help reduce security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
- Ensure that the company is aware of security incidents as much as possible and as quickly as possible
- Write a comprehensive report including findings, results and recommendations based on the assessment to further enhance system security
Requirements
- Have extensive experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer
- Experience in building and maintaining security systems
- Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
- Have practical experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, identity verification systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
- Experience with network security and network technologies as well as systems, security and network monitoring tools
- Throughly understand the latest security principles, technologies and protocols

- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
